A Franklin County, New York man is behind bars after police said he intentionally lit his building on fire in an effort to commit insurance fraud. New York State Police arrested Timothy Fleury, 42, of Constable following a fire last month at a building in Bangor.Police said the fire broke out at a building Fleury owned just after midnight on March 19. An investigation determined that the fire was suspicious. Police said Fleury had intentionally set the fire to collect money from his insurance company for the damaged building.Fleury is now facing charges of arson, falsifying business records, grand larceny and insurance fraud.
