New York Gov. Kathy Hochul on Thursday announced further immigration enforcement proposals building on previously announced reforms that would ban 287(g) agreements and expand options for bringing legal action, including prohibiting ICE officers from wearing masks. 

But not everyone is on board with her proposals.
