Goldwin, the Japanese outdoor apparel company, plans to open a flagship store in Manhattan’s SoHo neighborhood, marking its first store in the U.S. The store is scheduled to open on Friday, April 24.

Goldwin said in a statement, “The new 1,815-square-foot space embodies the brand’s dedication to Japanese aesthetics, technical innovation and the inherent beauty of materials.”

Goldwin, which owns the rights to The North Face in Japan and Korea, also said the Goldwin online store will reopen in the U.S. on April 23.
