The New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation in Marcy announce the arrest of Anthony L. Delguidice, age 36, of Remsen, New York, pursuant to an indictment warrant issued by a Oneida County Grand Jury.
The arrest stems from an investigation into an incident that occurred on January 23, 2025, at a residence on Joslyn Road in the Town of Remsen. The investigation determined that Delguidice forcibly raped an adult female at knife point inside his home.
Following a comprehensive investigation by the State Police, the case was presented to a Oneida County Grand Jury, which returned an indictment charging Delguidice with Rape in the First Degree, a Class B felony.
On April 23, 2026, members of the New York State Police Felony Warrant Unit, in coordination with the Oneida County Warrant Squad, located Delguidice at his residence and took him into custody without incident.
Delguidice was processed at SP Marcy and transported to the Oneida County Jail, where he is being held pending arraignment.
