Couple arrested in connection to stabbing death of man outside Brooklyn bar

A couple have been arrested in connection to the stabbing death of a 28-year-old man outside a Brooklyn bar, police said Tuesday.

Darrin Webster, 29, and Randolph Robertson, 38, were taken into custody following the 1:55 a.m. stabbing Sunday outside Marco’s on Broadway in Bushwick.

During the attack, Simmons was stabbed in the abdomen and slashed in the face and a 28-year-old man was slashed in the left arm.

Late Monday, detectives charged Webster with murder, attempted assault, assault and weapons possession. His girlfriend, Robertson was charged with assault, drug possession and menacing, cops said.

Medics rushed both men from the bar on Broadway near Lawton St. to Wyckoff Heights Medical Center, where Simmons died, cops said. The survivor was treated for a minor wound.

Police recovered a knife at the scene.

Simmons lived at the Bellevue Men’s Shelter In Kips Bay, according to police.

Webster is homeless while Robertson lives in Ozone Park, Queens, according to cops.

Marco’s on Broadway boasts it has a “patio open late” and offers “cold beer, frozen cocktails and natural wine.”
