ELMHURST, Queens (PIX11) — Four men were shot during a fight at a Queens nightclub Sunday, years after a 19-year-old was fatally shot at the same troubled venue, officials said.
Shots rang out after an argument turned violent at the Amadeus nightclub on Albion Avenue in Elmhurst at around 3:40 a.m., according to the NYPD and sources.

Police said a 28-year-old man was shot in the face, and a bullet grazed another 28-year-old man in the head. A man, 25, was struck in the arm and abdomen, and a 24-year-old man suffered a gunshot wound.
The victims were taken to area hospitals in stable condition, police said.
The shooter and the man who was shot in the face got into an argument before the incident, according to sources. The nature of the argument was unclear.

“We are deeply troubled by the early morning shooting at Amadeus nightclub on Albion Avenue in Elmhurst that left four people shot. While we are grateful that no lives were lost, this incident is the latest in a pattern of violence tied to this location,” Council Members Phil Wong and Shekar Krishnan said in a statement.
Officials said the club has been plagued by violence over the years. There was a shooting at the Amadeus nightclub last May, and a 19-year-old was killed there in 2023.
The teen was shot in the back and shoulder after a fight erupted at the venue at around 4 a.m. on Jan. 21, 2023, according to the NYPD. He died at the hospital.
A 31-year-old woman was shot in the buttocks in the same incident.
Investigators said the altercation inside the nightclub continued outside before the shooting.
Officials said residents have repeatedly called 311 and 911 to complain about the club.
“Enough is enough. This club has become a persistent public safety concern, and we need to take decisive action to protect our community,” the council members said.
There have been no arrests in Sunday’s shooting.
