CITYWIDE – NEW YORK CITY Department of Transportation Commissioner Ydanis Rodriguez on Tuesday announced the city’s annual Halloween and harvest-themed celebration, Trick-or-Streets, will return for a fourth year on Open Streets, pedestrian plazas and other corridors through Oct. 31. The initiative will help children enjoy the holiday and allow New Yorkers to safely utilize the streets.
“With more children expected out on our streets for Halloween, Trick-or-Streets provides a safe way for families to enjoy the holiday and connect with their neighbors,” Rodriguez said in a release.
