“At like 4 yesterday, I saw on Insta that…Foo Fighters was gonna do a pop-up at Irving Plaza, so I called my boss like 20 minutes later and was like look…I will take a personal day, I will take a work-from-home day, I will do whatever, but I need to be there,” said Molly Arnay, a fan in line on Thursday.

“They’re amazing live, they’re good people, they just energize a crowd, and they just fill all of hearts with just like…pure joy,” said Shannon Sacks, who’s seen the Foo Fighters live at least 20 times and was in line from 5 a.m. for tickets.

Those who can’t make it to the New York City event can take a trip across the river for the New Jersey show at Starland Ballroom in Sayreville.

Similarly, $30 tickets for the Starland Ballroom concert will go on sale in person only beginning at 10 a.m. at the venue.

The announcement comes just days after the Foo Fighters released their newest song, “Spit Shine,” on streaming platforms.
