FORDHAM, the Bronx (PIX11) — A man is accused of stabbing a 35-year-old woman to death after a fight at a Bronx bar on Sunday, police said.
Cristian Moya, 28, allegedly attacked Pamela Almonte Cabrera outside of the Mama Dora Bar and Lounge at 28 East Kingsbridge Rd. at around 4:10 a.m., according to the NYPD.
Sources said Moya and the victim got into a fight in the bar before it spilled onto the sidewalk. Moya then allegedly pulled a knife and stabbed her multiple times in the chest, police said. The suspect and victim did not know each other.
Moya was arrested on Tuesday and charged with murder, manslaughter, and criminal possession of a weapon.
His arraignment was pending on Wednesday.
