Forget I Said Anything, a new concept musical produced by Something Better Productions, will open Off-Broadway at Theatre Row this summer. Previews begin July 16 with an opening night set for July 19.
Written and directed by Samantha Roberts, Forget I Said Anything explores the chaos of love, friendship, and the humor and heartbreak of trying to connect with others and find a purpose in the world. The original score, also by Roberts, meshes pop, rock, and contemporary musical theatre genres to bring the uncomfortable truths of modern life to the stage.
The production is directed by Roberts and associate directed by Alivia Falls, with Mel Hardy as production and stage manager, and Reese Kennedy is charge of social media and marketing. Additional creative team members will be announced at a later date.
The company will include Savannah LaSalle, Halle Kaufax, Jyonnah Ware, Jake Nicholson, Richie Cardile, Fletcher Kim, Stephen Nickisch, Kelly Kudlik, Dominique Karanfilian, Jessica Moralik, Dayven Martinez, Joseph Keegan, Joshua Screen, Taylor Simon, and Skylar Deming.
The musical has a cast album available on all major streaming platforms.
