ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) -A senior from Ritenour High School died in a crash Friday night on Lewis and Clark Boulevard, according to the school district.
Ritenour School District told First Alert 4 that the student, Jordyn “Lunar” Williams,18, a senior at Ritenour High School, died in a crash Friday night.
A friend of Williams told First Alert 4 she had been named prom queen for the school last week.
According to Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident occurred at 8:32 p.m. on the southbound lanes of Lewis and Clark Boulevard, North of Haviland Drive.
The report states that a 2013 Cadillac SRX sideswiped a 2020 Lexus RX350 on the southbound lanes. This caused the Lexus to travel to the northbound lanes.
The front of a 2013 Toyota Highlander traveling northbound hit the right side of the Lexus, which caused it to overturn.
The Cadillac drove off the road into trees.
The driver of the Toyota, a 28-year-old woman, died after being transported to an area hospital.
The driver of the Lexus, a 53-year-old woman and the passenger, Williams, died after being transported to an area hospital.
The age, gender or condition of the Cadillac driver is still unknown.
