Cops are looking for the suspects who allegedly robbed a food delivery man at gunpoint and knifepoint, taking around $3,000 in cash and property in Flushing.

Police from the 109th Precinct in Flushing are looking for a pair of armed robbers who targeted a food delivery man last month.
Police say the 54-year-old victim was riding a moped in front of a home at 134-14 Elder La., across the street from the Queens Botanical Garden, on Sunday, April 26, when he was approached by two strangers at around 5:45 p.m. One of the perpetrators pulled out a firearm and his accomplice brandished a knife and forcibly removed the victim’s cell phone, $1,500 in cash, and they snatched a bag of food before they ran off in an unknown direction.
An NYPD spokesman said the victim’s stolen cell phone was valued at approximately $1,500, but he could not say what kind of food the victim was delivering. The victim was not injured during the armed robbery.
The NYPD released surveillance images of the suspects on Wednesday and described one as having a dark complexion who wore a black jacket over a gray hooded sweatshirt, black sweatpants, black sneakers, a black backpack and he carried a plastic bag with the stolen food. The other suspect is described as having a medium complexion who was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants and black shoes.
A reward of up to $3,500 is being offered for information that leads to their arrest and indictment.

Through May 3, the 109th Precinct has reported 51 robberies so far in 2026, 27 fewer than the 78 reported at the same point last year, a decline of 34.6%, according to the most recent CompStat report.
