NEW YORK CITY (PIX11) — While there’s rain on the forecast, temperatures this weekend should be on the warmer side, even climbing into the 70s on Sunday.

The weekend lineup for May 8-10:
A popular attraction in the New York City food festival scene, JAPAN Fes offers a variety of dishes, including teriyaki chicken skewers, onigiri, bubble tea, and matcha shaved ice.
The festivals run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on May 9 on 6th Avenue between 23rd and 24th Street in Manhattan.
The annual Japan Parade and Street Fair is making its exciting return to Manhattan on May 9. The one-day festival is a dazzling celebration of Japanese culture and cuisine.
The parade kicks off at 1 p.m. on West 81st Street and runs down to West 67th Street, showcasing marchers clad in stunning kimonos, martial artists, taiko drummers, and more.
The street fair will take place from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on West 72nd Street, featuring booths with authentic Japanese cuisine and engaging educational activities such as Japanese calligraphy and origami.

Filipino and Korean street food come together for a one-day festival, featuring 30 vendors, karaoke, live entertainment, and giveaways.
Hosted by Koreafest and Philippinesfest, the festival will be held in Koreatown on 6th Avenue between 30th and 31st Street on Saturday, May 9, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
From Cambodian Fish Amok and Brazilian churrasco to Guyanese metemgee and Trinidadian shark sandwiches, there’s no limit to the culinary diversity you will discover at the Queens Night Market. The best part? Nothing is over $6.
The popular night market returns for its 11th season starting on April 18, and runs every Saturday from 4 p.m. to midnight.

A mainstay of the New York City food festival scene, Smorgasburg is celebrating its 16th season, adding 22 vendors to its roster of over 70 eateries.
Smorgasburg is held from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the following locations:
World Trade Center at 185 Greenwich Street on Fridays
Marsha P. Johnson State Park in Williamsburg on Saturdays
Prospect Park at Breeze Hill (enter at Lincoln Road) on Sundays
