Last month, Timothy Brown was violently arrested by narcotics detectives while he was trying to buy some wine in Brooklyn.
But cops say he was involved in a drug buy.
Things quickly escalated, and Brown was severely injured.
Last week, he and his lawyers announced he was suing the city and the NYPD for $100 million for the false arrest and injuries.
The incident has already led to some changes and major reviews within the police department.
Brown and his lawyer, Derek Sells from the Cochran Firm, joined “The Rush Hour” on Friday to talk more about the lawsuit.
