A 21-year-old accused member of the “Highs” gang was found guilty on all charges relating to the 2024 shooting death of a man in Brooklyn Park.

Marquen Deshaun Tucker was found guilty, according to the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office, on all charges he had been facing, including second-degree murder and second-degree attempted murder.

On Dec. 7, 2024, court documents said Tucker got out of a vehicle, hid behind a car and then fired multiple times toward two men exiting a business on the 8000 block of Brooklyn Blvd in Brooklyn Park.

One victim was declared deceased at the scene, and another was taken to the hospital for injuries to the neck and leg.

Authorities later determined Tucker to be the suspect behind the shooting.

Tucker is also believed to be connected to two other homicides.
