1. 1-year-old killed, multiple injured in Bronx fire, officials say
A 1-year-old child is dead and multiple other people, including two other children and three firefighters, are injured after a fire in the Bronx yesterday afternoon, officials said.
A call was made just before 3:40 p.m. to report a fire on the second floor at 2609 Bainbridge Ave., according to officials.
