BROOKLYN, N.Y. (PIX11) — A father and son are accused of killing a 60-year-old man during a robbery in a Brooklyn bodega last month, according to police and sources.
Devon Johnson, 47, and Devon Johnson, 18, turned themselves in to the police on Monday and were charged with murder, manslaughter, and robbery in connection with the April 22 incident, according to sources and the NYPD.

The suspects allegedly attacked Derrick Watson, 60, in the bodega at 1380 Eastern Parkway in Crown Heights at around 12:30 a.m., police said.
The duo allegedly punched and kicked Watson in the face and stomped on his head before taking off with a wad of cash and his wallet, according to prosecutors.
The victim suffered a traumatic brain injury, and his heart stopped the night of the attack, according to the criminal complaint. He died from his injuries in the hospital on May 4.
Police said the suspects knew the victim, but it was unclear what prompted the violence. It does not appear that the suspects or the victim worked in the deli.

The father and son pleaded not guilty to the charges and are being held without bail following their arraignments, according to court records.
Their attorneys could not be reached on Tuesday.
Prosecutors said one other suspect is sought in the attack.
