CONEY ISLAND — THE CITY COUNCIL on Oct. 29 adopted Resolution 1101-2025, sponsored by Councilmember Justin Brannan, concerning the establishment of a Coney Island Business Improvement District (BID).Â
The measure sets a public hearing for Nov. 12 at 10 a.m. in the City Council Committee Room, where residents and property owners may comment on the district plan.
The Department of Small Business Services and the Coney Island BID Steering Committee will notify property owners and tenants.
