MANHATTAN, N.Y. (PIX11) — A 35-year-old was slashed at a subway station in Midtown Manhattan, according to the NYPD.
The incident happened in the 49th Street subway station around 12:56 a.m. Friday.
According to police, a 35-year-old man got into a verbal dispute with another male; the male slashed the victim on the left side of the neck.
EMS transported the victim to a local hospital in stable condition.
The alleged attacker fled from the station, according to police officials
Investigations into the slashing are ongoing, and no arrests have been made.
