NEW YORK (PIX11) — Heavy rain has hit New York City, causing significant flooding across the boroughs.
The National Weather Service issued a flood warning for Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and the Bronx on Thursday afternoon through 5:30 p.m.
Residents across the city have shared videos of the flooding, showing submerged vehicles and New Yorkers trudging through high waters.
