The second annual Southeast Queens Jazz & Heritage Bike Tour will be held Saturday, May 23, starting at the renowned Black Spectrum Theatre in Roy Wilkins Park, starting at 10 a.m.

Registration for the event, located at 177-01 Baisley Blvd. in St. Albans, starts at 9 a.m. and those who sign up will get a T-shirt, refreshments and tour through the historical pavilion of the theater. To RSVP people may go to shorturl.at/pxl7H.

For those wanting to go beyond the pavilion, they will also get a chance to “pedal into the past” to the former homes of Ella Fitzgerald, John Coltrane, James Brown and Fats Waller; to Nu-Clear Cleaners, the site of the an infamous Tribe Called Quest video; and to historical markers and creative murals honoring hip-hop history, ending back at the theater at approximately 1 p.m.
