— The Perham girls golf team had two golfers qualify for sections at the 8-2A Subsection meet on Tuesday, May 26, at Thumper Pond Golf Course.

As a team, the Yellowjackets ended the day in sixth place with a final score of 410. Detroit Lakes was crowned champions with a 314.

Brooklyn Glorvigen and Elise Reuter will represent the Lady Jackets at Sections on June 1-2 at Bemidji Town and Country Club. Glorvigen placed 10th with a 16-over-par 88. Reuter qualified with a 27-over-par 99, placing 19th.

Cora Wiser ended her season with a 38-over-par 110 and a 32nd-place finish. Brynn Guck completed her round with a 41-over-par 113, placing 35th.

Halle Reuter shot a 45-over-par 117, placing 38th and Brynn Berube rounded out the scores with a 49-over-par 125, placing 44th.
