THE RUNDOWN

Taylor Swift was spotted in New York City the night before Halloween, fueling speculation that the singer could attend a Halloween party there this evening.

Swift’s fiancé, Travis Kelce, is playing the Buffalo Bills in New York on Sunday.

The couple has kept their Halloween costumes private since they started dating but have done couples costumes in the past.

Taylor Swift hasn’t posted her Halloween costume in four years, but the singer could be poised to have a more public Halloween celebration this evening. Yesterday, the star was photographed out in New York City, where many industry parties (including Heidi Klum’s) will take place tonight.

Swift and her fiancé, Travis Kelce, haven’t shared their plans and will likely keep them private as they have the last two years. Kelce has an away game against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday, so he’ll be in New York state this weekend.

He wasn’t snapped with the singer last night, who went out to dinner at Chez Margaux in a brown monochromatic outfit. Swift paired a Magda Butrym bomber jacket with a Doên turtleneck minidress. Her old mine diamond engagement ring was also on display, of course.

The couple will have options tonight, no matter where they celebrate Halloween. Back in 2023, Heidi Klum told Daily Mail that she “would love to invite” Swift and Kelce to her famous Halloween party.

She added, “If they would just show up, I’m sure no one at the door will turn them away. Unless the costume is so strong that no one recognizes them, like mine.”

Last year, Donna Kelce revealed that Kelce and Swift were doing a couples costume. “I can’t wait to see what it’s going to be,” Donna told People. “They’re tight-lipped. They don’t tell us anything.”

Swift and Kelce have kept many parts of their relationship to themselves. She even sings about her dream of privacy in her Kelce-inspired love song “Wi$h Li$t.” In the verses, she says, “We tell the world to leave us the fuck alone…and they do / Wow.”

Beyond Halloween, the pair is looking forward to spending quality time together this holiday season, a source told Us Weekly earlier this week. “It will be very low-key, family-centric and [won’t involve any] major travel,” the insider said, as Kelce has games on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
