Cara Delevingne is taking another shot at selling the Manhattan triplex she bought from late-night TV host Jimmy Fallon. The English-born model, actress, and budding singer just re-listed her six-bedroom apartment for $9.45 million. She originally put the Gramercy Park co-op on the market for $11 million last October before shaving nearly $1 million off the asking price in December.
“It’s rare to find a property this unique overlooking Gramercy Park,” Delevingne exclusively tells ELLE Decor. “The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail is extraordinary; it feels less like a home and more like a living work of art, revealing something new with every moment spent inside.”

Brimming with bright colors and eclectic patterns, the nearly 5,000-square-foot home comes with a coveted key to gated Gramercy Park. Fallon and his wife, Nancy Juvonen (who co-owns Flower Films with Drew Barrymore), put together the space by combining four separate apartments on the top three floors of the Gilded Age building, which dates to 1883 and is the oldest co-op development in New York City. They sold it to Delevingne for $10.8 million in 2022.

The living room is wrapped in vintage 1940s wallpaper on one side as well as skewed wood-planking by Bednark, a studio in the Brooklyn Navy Yard.
Nearly every inch of the apartment is filled with bespoke elements from Fallon and Juvonen’s time as owners. (Juvonen led the overall interior design with input from Fallon.) Each room has a distinct personality, from the Malibu surf style of the living room to the rustic great room, which comes with a curving statement bar. Among the standout features in the apartment are reclaimed wood floors, Venetian plaster hallways, Stilnovo light fixtures, and salvaged stained glass that sheathes the back of the bar.

“Living there immediately transports you somewhere filled with so much joy and possibility,” says Delevingne. “The custom playhouse underneath the staircase with a small door that pops you out at the pantry, the circular cloud bed in the turret, the saloon style bar that makes you feel like you are in the mountains, these are just a few of the many hidden gems I love so much.”

Delevingne, who purchased Jennifer Lawrence’s Beverly Hills home last year, is parting with the apartment as she isn’t in the city much these days. “Unfortunately I haven’t been spending as much time in New York lately,” she says. “It feels like the right moment to pass this on to someone who will fully appreciate and enjoy it.”
