Reviews are rolling in for Robert Montano’s Small, which officially opened May 28 at the Pershing Square Signature Center’s Alice Griffin Jewel Box Theatre. Previews began May 20.

The autobiographical one-man show, written and performed by Montano, is a story of loss, tragedy, and triumph, chronicling his journey from horse jockey to Broadway dancer in shows such as Cats, On the Town, and Kiss of the Spider Woman, where he performed alongside mentor Chita Rivera. Ted Snowdon serves as producer while Jessi D. Hill directs.
