Play of the Day
The Giants spent a lot of time working in the red zone, which produced plenty of touchdowns. The highlight was tight end Theo Johnson’s catch in the back of the end zone on a pass from Jaxson Dart. The two later connected on a similar play, but it would have likely gone to review to see if the tight end got both feet inbounds.
Touchdowns
Dart also had red-zone touchdowns to tight end Isaiah Likely and wide receivers Malachi Fields, Calvin Ausin III, and Beaux Collins.
Jameis Winston also got on the board with one apiece to tight ends Chris Manhertz and Tanner Conner.
Takeaways
Following four interceptions on Wednesday and another on Thursday, the Giants’ defense was shut out in the interception department. But there were a few close calls.
