Three people were taken to the hospital following an early Friday morning car crash on the Bronx River Parkway.
Firefighters say they received the call at around 3:32 a.m. for a crash at Bronx River Parkway and Boston Road.
The collision caused a major backup on the road. Three people were taken to nearby hospitals. Their conditions are not known.
It is unclear what caused the crash.
