MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) – A man was being held on a $2 million bond Wednesday in the Riley County Jail following his Wednesday afternoon arrest in connection with drug crime, rape and human trafficking, officials said.
The arrested man was identified as Luke Maurice Johnson Sr., 63, of Ogden.
Officials said Riley County police arrested Johnson at 3:42 p.m. Tuesday in the 300 block of 12th Street in Ogden.

He was subsequently booked into the Riley County Jail in Manhattan in connection with the following offenses:
• Distributing material containing fentanyl
• Two counts of rape, sexual intercourse with a mentally deficient victim or a victim incapable of consent due to effects of alcohol, narcotics, drugs or other substances
• Domestic battery
• Sexual battery
• Distribution of opiate-narcotic-certain stimulant-heroin within 1,000 feet of a school
• Three counts of aggravated human trafficking, sexual gratification with a victim older than 14 years of age
