Van’s Hoss Brewer earns 2nd save for Brooklyn

LAKEWOOD, N.J. (KLTV) – Former Van Vandal Hoss Brewer picked up his second save of the season in Brooklyn’s 2-1 victory over Jersey Shore on Tuesday.

The right-hander has a 4.50 ERA in 20 innings this season.

Brewer (1-3) entered the game in the ninth inning. He pitched one inning, allowing no runs or hits, striking out one and walking one.

Brooklyn (18-33) continues its series against Jersey Shore (21-30) on Wednesday.
