Guests tasted tequila at Dr. McGillcuddy’s, savored Korean soul food and drinks at Seoul Pocha, tried tacos from Spanglish NYC, sipped on some tea at Nippon Cha, reveled in some sushi and edamame from Akito and enjoyed Halal food from Shah’s Halal Food.

Elected officials had tables with pamphlets and flyers for guests to learn about happenings around the neighborhood. This included State Senator John C. Liu, Rep. Tom Suozzi, Assemblymember Edward Braunstein and Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz.

Aside from food, each block had a different musical guest, playing with instruments ranging from steel drums to guitar to the violin, playing hits such as “All Star” by Smash Mouth and “What’s Up” by 4 Non Blondes.
