Councilwoman Vickie Paladino (R-Whitestone) will help Queens honor the nation’s 250th birthday at her annual fireworks extravaganza at Fort Totten on Thursday, June 18. Live music will play from 6 to 9 p.m. Fireworks are scheduled to begin at 9 p.m. Food will be available.
Free parking will be available at the Bay Terrace Shopping Center and the Clearview Golf Course, with free shuttle bus service to Fort Totten from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.; and return service after the show. Information is available by texting FTTOTTEN to 692692.
