CORTLAND, N.Y. — The New York State Department of Transportation has announced that State Route 13, also known as Tompkins Street, in the City of Cortland will be reduced to one lane with alternating traffic.
This change will be managed by a flagger between Main Street and Vernon Drive. The lane reduction will occur from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays, starting Monday, Nov. 3, and continuing through Friday, Nov. 8, to accommodate paving operations. The department noted that construction activities are weather-dependent and may change based on conditions.
