A Connecticut College professor is now a Tony Award winner.
Sam Biondolillo is a professor of theater, lighting designer and production manager at Connecticut College.
He is also a producer of “Schmigadoon!” on Broadway.
The show won the Tony Award for Best Musical on Sunday.
College staff say Biondolillo is currently preparing for his West End debut as a producer and lighting designer on “Allegra.”
