A shooting left a person fighting for their life in East Flatbush, police say.
Emergency responders were called to 261 Lenox Road just before 3:30 p.m. Friday.
The person who was shot is male, according to the NYPD. Their age was not immediately made available.
Police say paramedics rushed him to the hospital, where he is listed in critical condition.
Citizen app footage from the scene shows police cruisers and ambulances rushing to the scene.
The violence erupted across the street from Rep. Yvette D. Clarke’s office. News 12 reached out to her office for comment and is awaiting a response.
