STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A series of events hosted across New York City the weekend of June 13 will result in road closures.

Several of these events span multiple streets and could cause travel disruptions for those making their way about the city.

Many of these events are scheduled to take place in Manhattan, including the Hare Krishna festival and parade, as well as the International Cultures- Immigrants Parade on Saturday.

Unlike some weekends, there are no publicly announced events scheduled for Sunday that will result in road closures, according to the NYPD Deputy Commissioner of Public Information’s Office.

As noted in an advisory from the NYPD, the closures will be at the discretion of police.

Here’s a look at the upcoming road closures:

Friday, June 122026 Flag Day Parade in Manhattan

Formation will take place on Broadway between Park Place and Barclay Street.

Route:

Dispersal will be on Broad Street between Pearl Street and South William Street.

Saturday, June 13Hare Krishna festival and parade 2026 in Manhattan

Formation will be on 41st Street between Madison Avenue and 5th Avenue.

The route will run along 5th Avenue between 41st Street and 8th Street (east sidewalk and parking lane).

Dispersal will be at 5th Avenue between 8th Street and Washington Square North (east sidewalk and parking lane), as well as Washington Square North between 5th Avenue and Washington Square West.

International Cultures – Immigrants Parade in Manhattan

Formation will be from 44th through 45th Street between 5th Avenue and 6th Avenue, as well as 51st Street between 6th Avenue and 7th Avenue.

The route will run along 6th Avenue between 44th Street and 55th Street.

Dispersal will be at 55th Street between 7th Avenue and Madison Avenue.
