Friday, June 26th, marks the official start of the St. Johnsbury summer season with the first Levitt AMP St. Johnsbury concert taking place at the first Final Fridays block party. Don’t miss Brass Queens, the sensational woman-led, New York-based, New Orleans-infused brass band, taking the Levitt AMP stage at 7pm, on June 26th, on Railroad Street.
Equal parts Big Easy and Big Apple, Brass Queens are a traveling party of jazz-inflected pop covers, reggaeton, and French Quarter favorites guaranteed to get the neighborhood on their feet! But get there early! Final Friday fun starts at 5, when downtown Railroad Street closes to vehicular traffic to make way for free, family-friendly fun!
The Levitt AMP St. Johnsbury Live Music Series, presented by Catamount Arts with support from the Levitt Family Foundation, began in 2017 as a free, family-friendly (and dog-friendly) weekly concert series at Dog Mountain, St. Johnsbury’s beloved 150-acre dog park known for its hiking trails, art gallery, dog chapel, and community events. Catamount Arts has since partnered with Discover St. Johnsbury to include additional Levitt AMP St. Johnsbury concerts at Final Fridays events in June, July, and August.
