This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in South Midwood, Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Bay Ridge, and Prospect Heights. How did they fare?

First up, for the right buyer who has the vision to look past the Permastone exterior, this South Midwood residence is just bursting with details in gleaming condition. This former House of the Day sold in May for $2.145 million, which was $50,000 under the listing price.

There are only a few listing photos for this row house in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, but they show that there are still some period details, like a pier mirror, in the two-family. This former Open House Pick entered contract in April.

In an Art Deco building in Bay Ridge, this one-bedroom is relatively modest, but has potential with wood floors, a practical layout, storage space, and some period details. This former Co-op of the Day sold in May for $375,000, which was $4,000 under the asking price.

Finally, in addition to upgrades for modern living, this renovated Prospect Heights apartment has some style nods to its 1930s origin. This former Co-op of the Day sold in March for $1.15 million, which was $375,000 over the asking price.
