Today, the Manhattan DA’s Office, in partnership with the NYPD, held a gun buyback at Central Baptist Church on the Upper West Side.
In total, we had 147 illegal firearms turned in and off our streets.
Following up with a full breakdown of the 147 firearms recovered at the gun buyback we hosted in partnership with the NYPD this past Saturday.
Never miss new stories in Harlem
This is the most firearms turned in of the now six gun buybacks that have occurred since D.A. Bragg took office. This is also the most firearms turned in at one of our office’s buybacks since 2011.
