RiseNY, in collaboration with Playbill and NYC Pride, will present a one-hour concert, Rise Up. Live Proud, June 25 in Times Square, hosted by Marti Gould Cummings.
The celebration will feature a series of Broadway stars, beloved drag artists, and musicians, including Brita Filter (RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 12), Lorna Luft, Nicole Byer, and Zachary Noah Piser (Maybe Happy Ending). Performances will take place on RiseNY’s iconic Torch balcony that overlooks 45th Street. The 2 PM concert will be free and open to the public.
Photo-ops and a raffle giveaway will also be available for guests to enter both in-person and online, with 100% of the proceeds benefiting Heritage of Pride.
