MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) – Manhattan city officials have a deadline for reopening to through traffic on Anderson Ave.
According to the City of Manhattan, the deadline to reopen to through traffic is June 29 at the latest.
Officials said weather conditions have delayed concrete pouring on Anderson Ave. 30 crew members and 9 concrete trucks were on site on Thursday, June 18. City officials stated that crews made good progress on Thursday.
Through traffic will be allowed during the project but drivers should expect some delays. Mobile operations traffic control will include advance warning signage and flaggers. Please use caution and follow all posted signs.
