After multiple hearings and hours of testimony, Pulte Homes was granted approval to build Liberty Watch on Tuesday, the final and perhaps most controversial phase of Port Liberté. The approval is unlikely to end debate over the 168-unit townhome development, however, as existing homeowners are already weighing whether to file a lawsuit to address their biggest concerns about cost-sharing and safety.
