The disturbed Staten Island teen who allegedly decapitated his mother’s boyfriend will face a murder charge in the shocking crime, sources said.
A still-bloody Damien Hurstel, 19, was spotted being wheeled out of the NYPD’s 120th Precinct Tuesday on a gurney, wearing a Tyvek suit – en route to an expected arraignment on the murder rap and a criminal possession of a weapon charge.
The dramatic scene came less than a day after sources said Hurstel’s sister found the headless body of a 45-year-old sanitation worker – who had been dating their mother for several years – in the bathroom of the family’s West Brighton home, sources said.

The last few years had been marked by repeated domestic violence calls to their home, as well as concerns about the teen son’s mental health, sources and neighbors said.
The victim has not been publicly identified.
