The crash happened around 8:46 p.m. on June 18 at West 112th Street and Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard, police said.
According to the NYPD’s Collision Investigation Squad, the teen was operating a Razor MX350 Dirt Rocket dirt bike westbound on West 112th Street with a 14-year-old passenger when he maneuvered around a vehicle that was making a left turn onto Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard.
