That’s exactly where we’re landing right now.”The commissioners said more than 1,100 people voted early in Clinton County during the nine days of early voting. They anticipate between a total of 4,000 and 5,000 ballots will be cast on Tuesday.Polls close at 9 p.m. Results are expected to start rolling in after 10 p.m.
