What can Brown do for you? It turns out, some imaginative metal artwork.

The Village of Brooklyn thanks Jim Brown for the sculpture he created and recently donated to the village. It now stands outside Brooklyn Village Hall, and like any good piece of art, it wasn’t created overnight.

In fact, it’s the culmination of decades of planning, as Brown said he has always been able to visualize something as being something else. The pelican idea began 35 years ago, and he welded them together 19 years later after he retired. Last year, he wanted to finish it, and teamed up with Bradd’s Welding on Wheels to help a dream come true for the metal tradesman.
