Dansby Swanson was red-hot on Wednesday, as he hit two home runs and had seven RBIs in the first game and then had three hits and four RBIs in the nightcap.
The four straight wins have pushed the Cubs record to 43-37 on the season and they are now in a second place tie with the St. Louis Cardinals in the National League Central. The Cubs will now send Matthew Boyd to the mound in the final game of the series. Boyd comes into the game 2-1 with a 6.00 ERA on the season.
