Special victims detectives in the Bronx are looking for the brute who raped a 13-year-old girl inside Van Cortlandt Park earlier this week.
The NYPD released images on Friday night of the suspect wanted for the heinous sex crime, which occurred at about 10 p.m. on June 23 near the corner of Broadway and West 261st Street.
Law enforcement sources said the trouble began when the perpetrator approached the girl as they rode a northbound Bx9 bus, which stopped at the location.
The creep and the victim both exited the bus, and cops said the suspect went on the attack — grabbing the girl and dragging her into the park within a secluded wooden area. Once inside the park, police reported, the perpetrator sexually assaulted the victim.
Moments later, the creep fled the location in an unknown direction.

The incident was reported to the 50th Precinct. EMS brought the victim to a local hospital for treatment; she was listed in stable condition.
The images showed the suspect on board the bus wearing what appeared to be a light-colored hooded sweatshirt with a stylized U, along with gray pants and black sneakers.
