A woman on a motorcycle lost control and plowed into 12 people in a Brooklyn park, leaving four of them in critical condition, cops said Monday.
Neisha Atkinson, 53, crashed her three-wheeled motorcycle into a crowd in Commodore Barry Park in Fort Greene, about 6:40 p.m. Sunday, cops said.
Seven men and five women were struck in the park near Flushing Ave. and Navy St.
Atkinson was arrested for reckless endangerment, reckless driving, failure to yield to pedestrians and not having the proper license for the three-wheeled motorcycle, sometimes referred to as a trike, officials said..
The victims were taken by medics to area hospitals, with four men, ages 73, 65, 58 and 49, listed as critical but stable and the others, whose ages range from 36 to 65, treated for minor injuries, cops said.
Atkinson was also treated at a hospital for minor injuries. She lives in the Columbia St. Waterfront District a couple miles away from the park, according to cops.
