MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) – A Manhattan man was arrested Thursday, June 26, in connection with two warrants for failure to appear.
According to RCPD. Kevin M. Harbaugh, 44, was arrested around 5:27 a.m. in the 7400 block of Stockdale Park Road.
He was arrested on two Riley County District Court warrants for failure to appear.
RCPD says the arrest stems from original charges of aggravated residential burglary, criminal deprivation of property, violation of protection orders, intimidation of a witness, domestic battery, and driving while suspended.
Harbaugh was issued a $112,000 bond and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
