This former House of the Day sold in June for $1.71 million, which was $115,000 over the asking price.
A detached house in Marine Park has three bedrooms and a shared driveway. This former Open House Pick sold in April for $720,000, which was $45,000 under the asking price.
Finally, this compact Sunset Park one-bedroom is modest, but it does have wood floors, picture rails, and appears move-in ready. This former Co-op of the Day entered contract this month.
